Dear Support,

in some cases when I open a Form in my application Ms Access refresh twice the Form without any motive. The Form don't have any Requery/Refresh command in the Open event.

This event doesn't always happen .The same Form open from other Form don't refresh two way.

Why this happens? Thre are some MS Access parameter to modify?

Thank's for the support

I have to reiterate the question posed by the gentleman from the UK; how do you know that the form is being refreshed/requeried? And also, what difference does it make? A requery does the same thing that any bound form does on opening.

Dear Friends,
unfortunately I cannot upload db because the application includes a series of functionality that cannot be divulged. I am able however to explain better the problem of which I ask your help.

Normally the Form that include a Me.Requery command , when the command is activate it make a Form refresh, refresh that is like an instant reopening of the form.

When the Me.Requery is not include in the form the video don't have any refresh.

My problem is that a form that doesn't have a Me.Requery command when is opened by other forms show a two-tier video refresh, as if the display was instantly reopened for twice.

This behavior is strange because it is verified only when the form is open from some form, but not when is open from all the form that call the form open.

I hope to have explained well you my problem. I apologize if my English is not of the best.

Than's for the support.

I think you are referring to flickering and not requerying.

How do you open the form from another form without calling the OpenForm command? Can you explain this bit.

Dear Fiends,
Yes I referring the form flickering when is opne from another form.

To Form open I use this code:

DoCmd.OpenForm "M04A_Gestione", acNormal, "", "", , acNormal

You don't want to share your knowledge Giovanni ;)

I think what you mean is that it contains some personal data or copywrighted info.

Let's see a screenshot of the form.

Do you have code in the Current event?
Does you have a tab control on the form?
Does any of the controls have a calculated Control Source? i.e. the Control Source begins with =

Dear Friend,
I don't have problem to share my knowledge .My application is a commercial suite that include some copywrite info this is why i cannot upload the DB.
