I am trying to create a 5-a-side football database and now have the basic setup of the tables correct I feel, what I need to do now is create a form to put in the data and I am really struggling as to how to go about this. I have attached a diagram of the ideal form and the original file so you can view how I have structured the tables.
As a bit of background we have a list of about 40 people and each week 10 of them play a 5-aside game, Lights vs Darks. This means the teams change each week, so team ‘Lights’ will have different players one week from the next week (as will teams ‘Darks’ too of course). We collect the data on who played and match out come eg Darks 4, Lights 2. Hopefully that will help you understand the form structure i need.
