Form Switching back n forth

I have one form in a db that will not allow me to switch from one form to another. I always have to close it first before I can go to another form. I tried putting in a command button to get me to the switchboard and even that won't work.

I had to have deleted the code that allows me to switch.

Any help on the code to get it back to switching would be appreciated.

Check in the Form's properties that it is not set to Pop-Up = Yes (Stays on top of all windows) and Modal = Yes (Keeps the focus ontil closed). Set these both to No if you want to be able to switch forms.
