Form templates for access 2007 (1 Viewer)

Is there any easy way to create a form template in Access 2007. Have been using a customised autoformat for font colour etc.. but we want to include a logo in the heading. Any suggestions?

I'm sure there are various ways but here's one that I know that will work. Download and install the free V-Tools and use the Personal Object Library. Build a form the way you will want it and then from the main window of Access go to the DATABASE TOOLS TAB and then select ADD-INS from the Database Tools group (far right) and select V-Tools > Personal Objects Library and then select FORM from the dropdown and then click the "Add an Object" button. Then, whenever you want to add that form, just do the same Database Tools > Add-ins > Personal Objects Library and then select the form you want from the list and then click the COPY INTO DATABASE.
