Ok help!.. I have a wonderful form and it does mostly what it is supposed to do. However I have one table that I can not get to pull the correct data. I have tied every thing I can think of.. I can get it to pull data in the datasheet view but not in form view. I need to be able to pull the totals togther and have them move by group as the data selector is clicked..Any clues or suggestions would be appreciated.

The main form is Query 1 and the table called trialbalance is the one giving me fits.
thanks

ai,

Apparently, it's under the control of Access Security.

ai,

Can't even open, yet it doesn't ask for a password?
What version of Access is it? (I have A2000).

Sorry My PC is a dino.. I am on 97 don't laugh...we are getting ready to upgrade...Thats odd i don't have it joined into my workgroup

what problem do you have? I don't have a problem moving through Query1

the problem is when I try to use table trialbalance as a subform. Doesn't matter if I define a query or make it a form first. It needs to connect by group no to my main form and move as I move thruthe groups.

The Form Query 1 is all subforms except the 1st row that is my main form. So all other forms connected and worked beautifully. Except when I try to use the Trialbalance table. The Trialbalance table doesn't work.
