Is it possible that when creating a form using the Form Wizard, I will not select one of the predefined styles?

Because I noticed that when I spend a fair amount of time working in the design view of a form (with a predefined style) the PC will start deplete the system resources until I get the message "Not enough memory to update the display. Close unnedded programs and try again" Eventually, this happened to me on three different machines and always when I am working with Access.

Also, on another forum, I read that the predefined styles might cause this problem because Access is a little buggy with bitmaps.

Thanks!

You can make your own.

1. Create a form that has the color and other attributes that you want.
2. Save that form.
3. While the form is open in design view, choose Tools/Autoformat
4. Click customize and choose the first option. You will then be able to use your own format.

Thanks very much for your tip, I found it very useful. As regards the other predefined styles, is it true that these may be the issue the will deplete the system resources considerably?

Thanks:)
