format adding text values

Hello guys can you tell me how to make a format when adding a textbox values.

For Example my code is

Emp1 = name + address + bd


how can i make it to

Name | Address | Birth Date

John Doe | Hamburg Germany | july 24, 1985

Are you actually trying to store all of those together in one field? I hope not and it is just for display in a query or on a form in an unbound text box.

actually i want the date of collection
to be organized in a text box

meaning i want to add all the date of collection
to 1 text box

i would like the output to be

date | Date | date | date

in 1 textbox

is it possible??

you can do this in a textbox by concatenation:

=[Name] & " | " & [Address] & " | " & [Birth Date]

However, as bob rightly said i hope that you are doing this at form/query level and not storing this field in a table.
