Don't forget when working on "week of year" that there are two relevant but optional arguments for FORMAT when dealing with dates.

Note also that, as is typical for Office library functions, the return value is a Variant string. Which means that in expressions, it is eminently convertible by the compiler to whatever is needed by the given expression in which it appears.
