Forms Duplicating Records?

Hello everyone,

I have created several forms for data entry, and the record selector is showing more records than are actually in the tables. I have 14 records in the tables, but the form is showing 18. When I scroll through the records, some of the records show as duplicates, but are not being entered in the tables.

Anyone know what the heck is going on?

What is the record source of the form in question? If it's a multi-table query then that could be the source of the duplicate records.
