I have created a navigation form from two tables. The table names are Farm and Farmers. One farm can have many farmers. the pk of the farm table is contained in the farmers table as fk for the one to many relationship. When I enter data in the farm table the autonumber for the pk is generating but when i enter data in the farmers table the fk is not generating in the farmers table. What have I done incorrectly. Therefore I am concern that there is no link between the two tables in respect to data being entered.

Hi. Did you mean to say you created a form/subform and not a Navigation Form? Can you post a screenshot of your form(s), so we can be sure what you actually created? Thanks.

Well, sort of. But, you can also put a form/subform in one tab of a Navigation Form.
