Hello,

I am relatively new to the database world and I hope to find an answer to my problem. Here it goes....

MS Access 2003 database that we use to track calls(phone) and to establish between the calls we have identified a call as either New or Called. When an associate follows up on the call they are to switch the call that has been flagged as New to Called. Each associate has a form specifically for them that pulls all New calls with their name.

On the form I would like for them to view only the New calls and when they have called the New calls reflag the call as Called. When they have changed the flag I would like for the sytem to update the database as Called so that they can continue with all new calls and also remove that call that has been updated from their form.

Why not just have one form and query records based on who they are?

- you would need to requery the form's RecordSource to remove the called record.

I'm not sure which event would work best for this. Try the form's AfterUpdate event.
