Once you get there, select a movie category. Within each category are several movies that you can watch. They will send you a free copy of VB.NET Standard Edition 2003 when you rate 5 movies. There have been several issued so far and the quantities are limited.

Also, it is a copy of Visual Basic .NET 2003 Standard Edition NOT Visual Studio .NET 2003 (although I am sure we all wish it was!)
