freeze the column Headers

Hello i have a sub form, to which i am assigning (control source) a datasheet form,

- i want to some columns to be of different back color,

i am trying to put some back color, it shows in design mode but doesnot appear in datasheet

any help !!

well datasheet is datasheet, cant change that ...

If you want to make it look pretty and stuff, you will have to use tabular view instead of datasheet....
