OK, I don't think this is possible but thought I'd ask in any case. I have a database which is split front end and back end. There are different front ends for the different teams.

Admin team receive instruction from client.
Admin team insert new records into database and choose a surveyor's name from the drop down "Surveyor" box.
Once the record is saved, it is visible to the Surveyor in their front end.
Surveyors then complete the records as work is completed.

There are only 6 people (2 people in each of the 3 regions - North, Midlands, South) who have the rights to add records to the database and therefore I have created a "new record" form on their menu. This form has the ID field, Site Reference, Customer, Start Date, Site Name, Region, Surveyor, etc.

Now, if we get an instruction for 10 new records, the admin team have to sit and copy & paste the data into the database.

What I am wondering is if it is possible to have the following:-

Have a standard form in Outlook which contains the relevant "new record" fields which can be submitted to the admin team. On the form there will be an "approve" and a "decline" button. If the admin person clicks approve, the record gets added to the database. If decline is pressed, it sends a response to the e-mail sender saying it has been declined.

I know it's a bit out there but it's a pipe dream at the moment.
