Been using Access for a fair time, but self-taught ... which obviously includes picking other people's brains and doing a lot of "Googling". 
My current "project" is a reporting database for the school where I teach, which taps into 3 other databases, and spits out reports that meet our needs. It all works well, but I'm pretty sure it can be streamlined, which is probably the main reason I'm here!
