Hello everyone, it's been a while since my last post here 
I have problem that I need your help with please.
I have a database with information about Hotel Rooms (reservation dates etc).
I have created a form that lets you select which days you want a room to be cleaned when it is reserved (for example you want if you want it to be cleaned the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th day from the time the customer arrives). What I would like to do is hit the "Generate" button and get a report for the current date showing all the occupied rooms and with a checkbox telling you if that room needs to be cleaned based on what you selected on the form.
I've never created a form before so if you could help me out, or point me to the right direction, I'd be very grateful
