Generate Letter - blocked (1 Viewer)

I am trying to generate letters from address database. After I enter template, signature etc. in Access I can save them, Word opens but the file does not open. Error tab message appears: "Word encountered an error trying to open the file." The suggestions is to check file permissions for the document or if there is disk space. Not sure how to do the first, but there is definitely enough space.

are you useing the MailMerge Feature in Word?

I assume you have a list of addressed stored in a Access tbl, yes?
and you want to generate a letter for each of the addresses?
