Getpivotdata to fill in report (1 Viewer)

Hi all!

I would love some direction where i can find more info on how getpivotdata formulas work with using cell references.

I have a report with the structure as in the pic, and i have created a pivot table with the same structure, when i fill it in i ran into 2 issues
1. All the empty spaces in the left part with levels get filled in as 0
2. Level 3 formula requires conditions to be met for all previous levels, but i cant make the cell absolute since it needs to change with each segment, is there a way to copy the formula up until the next filled and the automatically change reference to that cell?

Basically any articles on this would be great
