Getting too many emails (1 Viewer)

My inbox is full of AWF emails. I don't want that! Does anyone know what settings to use to stop getting an email and instead just get a notification if someone replies to my post?

Click your name at top right side of each page and select Preferences.

So I have that already covered. I wonder if it is anything to do with the default theme. I will change those settings too and see what happens.

Edit: Switching themes makes no difference.

So I am still puzzled.

The above settings that I showed works for me. I receive notification about any watched posts that I have or every thread I post in. No emails at all.
Maybe admins have others settings too.

I was going to suggest a rule - any email from AWF I send to a specific folder I created (Forum Notifications)
