I am trying to group addresses on a report. I have a few addresses that have apartment numbers so I'm trying to concatenate the apartment number to the address so each apartment is grouped separately on the report. I am using "=[ADDRESS] & " " & [APTNUM]" as the control source but everything gets grouped as the first apartment number at that address. So, for example, if I have 1 occurrence at 123 Main St. Apt A and 1 occurrence at 123 Main St. Apt B both occurrences show up grouped under the address 123 Main St. Apt A. What am I missing with my logic?
I've tried setting up a query concatenating the address and aptnum there, and basing the report off that but get the same result.
