Grouping Headers

Is there a way to force group header text to appear on subsequent pages when the group dos not break on a page.

I realize you can force the group to stay together, but that makes the report grow unnecessarily large.

If you right click on the group header section then click properties then the format tab then change repeat section to yes.
That should solve the problem

Now if we want to keep one header - detail - one footer section in one page how to do that? I mean sometimes the continous details breaks into pages and sometimes it doesn't the breaks is not even or the left over on the next page is too small, anyone have an idea how to alternate that?
