Hello,
I have some problems with report I have to build. We have on line form and patient fill it in and submit it a few times a year. So each submission has unique response id. On my access form a have a list box with patient name, response id and medical record id. Medical record is unique to each patient. Presently when I select patient from my list box on the form I can pull out report related to one response, but what we need is when I select a patient to have all his/her responses in one report (so it should be by medicalrecord id). My current queries are very complex as on line form is built using asp and it is set up that all questions are built on line and imported into database just under question id and question description so the only way to separate medical record number was through crosstab query. Everything works fine except I can’t group reports by medicalrecord.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions as this is becoming to frustrating.
Many thanks,
Debbie
