Grow/Shrink of Subreports

Hello, I am creating a report with several subreports. I place the subreports in the page header for the report and the last one I work on grows to match the amount of records, and looks perfect. When I copy/paste that report (and switch to different data), that new subreport looks perfect, but the 1st one doesn't grow anymore so gets cut off. I create a third and the first 2 no longer grow yet the last one does. What is the deal with that? Any way to fix it? Sorry I can't provide pictures because the data populated it personal information for our students.Thanks
