Growing Access Database To Sql

hi,

i was wondering if anyone has had any experience with growing an Access database (eitehr 2000, 2003,or 2007) to an sql back end.

If so, could you please let me know how it went, the problems encountered (seriously, it is microsoft), how they were overcome, the data integrity

We have a small is database that is presently accessed one at a time by a few users. I would like to make the dbase available across the board to all users in our network environment (windows).
