There are a lot of examples in the forum that reference Allen Browne's web site. My browser doesn't seem to be able to find it today.

Appears to be. Perhaps he has given up paying for the domain?

Edit: Nope, took a while to load, which is why I thought the domain might not be available, but it is there.

It was slow for me too, something has changed too because now I get warnings about the site not being secure and I have to reassure my browser (Samsung phone) that I am aware of the risks and still want to proceed.

My guess would be that it still uses http:// and browsers now consider that unsafe.

I just tried on my PC and since it is a work PC and some security settings cannot be changed by me, I am unable to get in.

This is not good. His stuff is pure gold...
I had a similar experience with my website a couple of years ago. I ended up buying an SSL certificate that allowed me to use https:// instead.

It costs less than a fifty dollars a year. For a while it really boosted traffic to have the cert, although I suspect Google changed their algorithms again because it's since dropped back to where it was. At least the lonely few who visit don't get chased away.

Allen Browne's website has been an invaluable tool. Would there be a way to absorb it into this forum?

Yes, I already had Access Tips page open on my browser but could not open links from there. Back to all good now.

Could be nice if accessmvp.com adopted Allen's site like they did with Ken Snell's. Oh, wait, that's just a link to Ken Snell's site? So Allen would still have to maintain?
