I had two accounts that I'm pretty sure that I created years ago called test and "New User". I just disabled them both today thanks to this post.

My Win10 does not have the Users and Groups element under Computer Management. There are a few CMD-line utilities that will list names for you. NET USER and WMIC options apply, though on Win10, WMIC is considered deprecated.

I found a wmic command today that would tell me the max memory size the laptop would take.
