I don't have much Access experience, but I have seen some awesome databases before and it what initially got me interested in them.
I work in the HR field. I am currently working on an independent database of my own to help my office with consolidating all the records and reports we work with on a daily basis. I'm surprised there isn't a database already in place. There is about 5 sections with each section producing about 8 reports. I'd like to tie the sections together in a single database if possible.
I have bought some training videos and books in the past, but haven't been utilizing them until recently with this new project.
I think databases are pretty cool when they work well and is awesome when I learn a new trick or tool to add to one. I find its the little problems that cause the most headaches so far.
