Anyone can potentially be of help. I came here with many questions (many years ago) and after a while, realized that I could answer some of the questions that were being asked. And nobody objected. Now, a few years later (and a few posts later), I am able to offer help in a few areas. I keep out of the questions where I have no experience and answer what I can when I can. So come on in, the water's fine.
