Hello guru's I just wanted to pop in and say I'm gathering lots of useful tips from just reading a few posts so I really look forward to further reading.

I am quite new to MS Access, I've lived in MS Excel and Project for the past 12 years but now I need to jump in the Access world with both feet.

Thanks well in advance of me pestering all of you for help.

Hi Brian and welcome. You'll never look back. Using excel as a database solution is a nightmare.

Excel is a fantastic tool to use, especially when you don't understand relational DBs, I am glad you got so much use out of it.

Welcome to the forum! And I hope you have fun learning Access, it's challenging but lots of fun!
