this is my first post , i am not very strong with VBA & also does not like very much code i prefir short cuts
my qustion is i have a list box from which i can select multiple items on a form and form is attached to a query if i directly insert cretria in to query like ('Manager' Or 'Asst Manager' Or 'Officer' ) i can get the result but if i use a text box on the same form with same text ('Manager' Or 'Asst Manager' Or 'Officer') and in query cretiar put forms!serch!text1 it did not work
can some one explain what i am doing wrong
