Hi, I have visited this forum many, many times over the years and learned so many tricks. I thought it was about time I joined and said THANK YOU to so many of you who have taken the time to share your invaluable knowledge of MS Access with the world.
I started out programming dBaseIII+ with just a dot in the corner back in 1987. Moved on from there to Access 1.0 in 1992 and on through the versions to Access 2003. Took a break in 2008 and now am back using 2010. In January I started a new contract where I am creating a hybrid 2010 split desktop / web based tracking system.
I have created numerous websites in html, php, asp, etc., so I understand the logic in Access 2010 web databases but being forced to use macros with the pull downs and not being able to just type or use VBA is very frustrating.
Thanks again for all the wonderful information
