Help on Combo Box Filters

I've got three tables with customer info. the main table has all the customers with their address.

I need a form with combo box, on selecting state, show the corresponding suburbs in the next drop down combo box. on selecting a combo box value and clicking the command button, should open up the report with relevant customer records.
problem here being when i click the button, it opens up the report with one customer record repeating multiple times and the state and suburb being their corresponding IDs. I am not sure if the relationships are wrong, or is it something to do with the design. please help

at a glance...it could be that you only need the suburbID in your cust table, as this will "give you" the state. (when you select a suburb for a cust, show both the state and suburb in the dropdown, in case of suburbs with the same name.) adjust your report accordingly. hth.

ps. you might want state-*city*-suburb...?

There is no city on the table wazz. There's suburb & state only in the tables. The suburbs can also repeat quite a few times. A same suburb name could appear in more than one state record. Hence the reason i created this IDs. The table is linked in such a way that the suburbID is linked to the tbl suburb's PK. Same way for the states table. The stateID is linked to tblmailouts as one to many. The error is a bit wierd considering the fact that the tables are linked fine and the combo boxes are working fine
