Help Please with Combo Look-Up

In my form I have a combo box named Country and a text field named Region(example below). When a user selects the Country, I want the Region to be filled in automatically. What is the best way of doing this?

Please don’t direct me to another site as I have looked at a few mentioned in previous combo answers and they did not help.

I would be happy to email an example across, or if anyone has managed to make this work on an existing db and wouldn't mind emailing it to me (RoseBegbie@hotmail.com), I'd be very gratefull.

In the After Update event of the Combo box put this code:

Me![Region] = Me![NameOfComboBox].Column(1)

If this does not work for you email me your sample and I will try to get it to work for you...

I have not been able to get this to work in my database. I have emailed you a copy of my sample database in the hope that you will be able to spot what I am doing wrong.
