Help to exclude data in a field from a query

Hi, Im thinking this may be pretty easy but I dont know how to do it!

As attached, I have data in a field and I want to write a query to return all the values except the ones that have 2014/* in them. So I want to see the blank ones as well as the one with 2013. So I basically want to return B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L.

Is anyone able to assist me? I tried the NOT LIKE function but couldn't get it to work.
