Help with form/subform design

I have such trouble with subforms...any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have three tables:
Groups
Contacts
Group-Contacts

The Group-Contacts table keeps track of the contact person for each group, as there may be multiple contacts for each group.

I want to create a main form with group information and a subform with contact information. This I can do OK.

What is the best way to add a contact person to a group (a contact person that already exists in the contact table)?
