Help with multi search form

Attached is part of a 2007 Access Database, as you can see I copied the form view and layout from the sample I've seen posted on this site but I can't get either of the filter buttons to work. Any idea what and where I am going wrong with the code?

After a lot of trial and error I think I got most of this nailed down and found a lot of my stupid mistakes The thing I wasn't sure if anyone can help me with now is the drop boxes, can I use those for searching that specific text or do I have to use text boxes for searching?
