Question Help with relationships

I'm new here so bear with me. I have a purchase requisition form created with some basic fields(date, supplier, PO No.,etc...) with an order subform listing the details(quantity, description, cost, etc...). Also, I have a receiving form with pretty much the same info as the requisition with a few minor differences. I need to be able to input the PO number in the recieving form and have the quantity and description in the order details filled in automatically. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Tkx.

Simplest way is to write an append query that will append data from the purchase requisition table where PO number is [PO number] on the receiving form.

Create a button on your receiving form that runs the above query by macro.
