Can anyone give me a step-by-step guide to creating a subform on my contacts form, so that each contact can be assigned any number or combination of contact types (client, supplier, solicitor etc.). Up to now I have been using a listbox to select only one contact type, and this is now proving obsolete as our contacts can be multiple types.
I've tried doing this by creating a junction table with a many-to-many relationship with the contactsID and the contacttypeID, but am getting myself in a horrible mess, where nothing works. I think I need to start from scratch to ensure each stage of the process is followed correctly.
A guide for the hard-of-thinking would be very much appreciated!
