ok heres my dilemma. i have to create a form that will be able to handle the following situation. i already have the tables set up, so any help would be much appreciated...
a customer is entered in the database when they turn in any 1 of 4 types of passes. i need a form to list the customer info(i know how to do that), and then i want the user to select from a combo box containing the 4 different types of passes. depending on which pass is selected, the proper pass information to input will be displayed, and then will also be placed into the corresponding table that i have set up for the pass. i'm pretty sure that i have my tables and relationships established correctly. i hope this makes sense as to what i'm asking. any input would be great.
