I need help with this little problem, I am trying to write a query which returns players in a team that have not played for 30 plus days. (Inactive Players)

Each player plays about once a week and have multiple records, some for many games/weeks. I can get my query to the stage where it excludes records for the last month but it still picks up active players (active player defined as played in the last month) as they have been recorded previous to the month. I can not get my head around how to exclude the active players. Any body help me on this.

Yes, As I have discovered the results where inclusive of some incorrect data. I'll go and read up on Max(). I agree Help was not a useful discription, I'll do better next time. cheers
