 I don't know where to start with this but here goes....

I have a table that looks something like this:

ID DOL # Description (Other fields...etc)
5 DOL26 Yamaha
5 DOL4 Toothfairy
5 DOL6 Respite Worker
6 DOL26 Your Sister
6 DOL4 Your Momma

Okay...I need to do some grouping. I need to have all "common" "ID's" (in the example above 5 or 6) put in one row. Move all uncommon "DOL#" into column names with the descriptions listed under them. The data (numbers) in the rest of the table are "common" based on the "ID" grouping.

Use a CrossTab Query - no idea how it works - but that's what you want to use.

Thanks! I figured it out. CrossTab is what I needed. I've never used it before but it is very helpful for this task. Thanks!
