Report Not Displaying All Records

Hello! I am working on an employee attendance database. I have created a report which runs based on a query. The query retrieves employee names with no attendance occurances. The report is designed in a letter format which will be created for each individual employee in the list. When the query is ran on its own, it returns 280 records, but there are only 12 reports created when I run the report. Is this a Microsoft Access Database limitation or is there a way of getting around it? HELP!! Thank you :D

I am new to this and I'm not sure how to do that. Is there a question I can answer for you?!!

If your query is returning the correct ammount of records the report based on the qyery should do the same. There must be something else going on. I can look at it if you can send it as an attachment. When you post your message you can scroll down and send an attachment. You have to zip your database with winzip before sending.

This database contains some confidential information. Can I send it to your personal email?

It seems that even the zip file is too large to attach! :( What do I do?!
