Been using Access for years, but I am more an Excel man (Boooo!!)
I usually go to access when it is something that is beyond Excel - I have blown my computer's mmind a few times with stacked array formulae!
I am here because I am very self taught with Access and I usually come across somethign that appears to defty logic to answer. In fact I have one at teh minute, and I will be posting shortly for help!
Look forward to seeing other solutions to everybody's problems!
