Hide Tab Sheet of Excel

Is it possible to hide the Tab Navigation Sheet (Sheet1- Sheet2-Sheet3)

Yeah that is what I meant, But I need to do it through VBA... Could u plz tell me the solution?

Record a macro, do it, then read the macro.

How else are you gonna learn ?
