Hide the old record

Hi, my problem is whenever I click on anyone of the button on the switchboard, the form will be displayed with the last record. I wonder is there anyway that I can hide all this record, means that whenever I click on the button from the switchboard, a new form will be displayed without the a record in it.

Set the forms Data Entry property to Yes.
