I have a table where I have employee info and another table that is linked to employee table where it calculates their hourly wages. Regulartime, Overtime, and doubletime. Everything was fine until something came up and the company decided to pay a Per Diem(Per Day) to each employee. So in addition to their hourly wages they get a PerDiem based on their hours. So I added a Per Diem field into my table and everytime each employee is chosen for a particular job, an amount is automatically will be put in the table(The Jobs are coming from another table and are based on dates). Each job is a related to a Bill of Lading Number. One employee can work 3 jobs on one day and work only 3 or 4 hours for each job. So in total he might be working 8 hours regular time, 4 hours double time (HERE IS THE CATCH!), If the same employee is chosen for each BL#, the table gets updated and puts 3 PerDiem for that employee, which in reality it needs to put just ONCE PerDiem, based on their hours.

I have tried grouping on my report and hiding duplicated and using subreports, but I just can't figure out how to calculated the revenue with their perdiem to be calculated only once for one day.

I hope somebody is patiant enough to read through this and help me out.

Thank you,
