Hiding saved records

Hi,

I am designing a simple database to be used at a local environment fair, where people can enter their opinions about the environment in a simple database format. However, once somebody has entered their opinions, the user should not be able to look at previous records when in form view. Is there any way of being able to do this?

If I understand your question; All you need to do is this;

On the Data Tab in the Properties of the form; set the Data Entry option to Yes...
