How can i Eliminate the duplicate Records from the Report

I am new to ms-access. could any one please tell me how can i eliminate duplicate records from the Reports.

you can use SELECT DISTINCT in a query. If you've got an autonumber ID on otherwise duplicate information you should omit this from the query.
