How can i have a mutiple user that use 1 access file?

I have 3 staffs
how can i make it possible for them to work in a same access file
with same form , query ???

Set up FE/BE databases and you can have lot's of users. Three people shouldn't be a problem.
Access 97 could have up to 20 concurrent users. Current(your) version i don't know.

Search this forum for WORKGROUP and WORKGROUP SECURITY and SECURING A DATABASE if you want the users to have different rights in the database when they are working. Also note that you would probably want to set up the BE database to have default access to OpenShared rather than OpenExclusive.
