How can I make this typing game / quiz?

I need to make a typing game..
eg. a question is asked, "Do pigs fly?"
and the user has to type: "Yes." then press enter
eg. a question is asked, "Do you like icecream?"
and the user has to type: "Yes, I do." then press enter

if user gets incorrect, game "beeps" and correct answer is given.
if user gets correct then it goes onto the next question.

extras, if possible:
-score on top right of screen correct answers vs incorrect
-I was thinking, because Ide like to add thousands of questions, Could there be a screen where i can simply type in the questions and answers and hit ADD?

This is an educational game for ESL learners "English as a Second language"

I would put the questions and answers in a table with three fields:

tblQA
QuestionID
Question
Answer

You can do everything you want to. Are you needing to know where to start? You'll need to use some VBA, so it'd be a good idea to look into that if you aren't familiar with it.
